Information you give us. When you submit an inquiry or contact form, request information on a listing, ask for a property valuation, sign up for updates, or email or call us, you may provide:

• Contact details: name, email address, phone number, company name, and mailing address
• Real estate details: the property you are asking about, your role (buyer, tenant, owner, investor), space or budget requirements, and any message you write
• Anything else you choose to share with us

Contact page and lead inquiries. When you submit a form on our Contact page or on a listing page, we receive the information you enter (typically your name, email address, phone number, company, the property or type of space you are interested in, and your message). We also record the page you submitted from and the date and time. This information is used to respond to you and is stored in our CRM so a Robbins Commercial broker can follow up. Providing it is voluntary, but we cannot respond to your inquiry without a way to reach you.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers may collect:

• Device and browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and screen size
• Usage data: pages viewed, listings viewed, links clicked, referring website, and date and time of visits
• Approximate location derived from your IP address

Information from other sources. If you inquire about one of our listings on a third-party platform such as LoopNet, Crexi, or CoStar, that platform may pass your contact details and message to us. Those platforms handle your information under their own privacy policies.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and connect you with the right broker
• Provide information about properties, market conditions, and our brokerage services
• Manage relationships and follow up on transactions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system
• Send updates, listings, or newsletters you have asked for or that relate to your inquiry (you can opt out at any time)
• Understand how the Site is used, improve it, and measure the results of our marketing
• Show and measure advertising for our services
• Protect the Site, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations

In practice, this means that when you contact us through the Site, your inquiry is logged in our CRM, assigned to a broker based on the property or service you asked about, and you may hear from that broker by email, phone, or text. We may keep in touch about the same property, similar properties, or market updates unless you tell us to stop.

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as follows:

• Our brokers and staff, who need it to respond to you and serve you.
• Service providers that work on our behalf, such as website hosting, CRM, email delivery, analytics, and advertising providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Transaction parties. If you inquire about a specific property, we may share your inquiry with the owner or their representatives, and with co-brokers involved in that property.
• Legal and safety reasons, such as responding to a subpoena or court order, enforcing our rights, or protecting anyone's safety.
• Business changes. If Robbins Commercial is involved in a merger, sale, or transfer of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Lead information from the Contact page is used by Robbins Commercial brokers and staff to serve your inquiry. We do not sell or rent it to unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels and tags) to keep the Site working, remember preferences, measure traffic, and support our advertising. This may include tools such as Google Analytics and Google Ads, which can collect information about your visits to our Site and other sites to measure performance and show you relevant ads.

You can control cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you block or delete them. Blocking some cookies may affect how the Site works. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on and manage ad personalization at adssettings.google.com. Our Site may not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, but we honor the Global Privacy Control signal where required by law.

Inquiry records in our CRM are kept for as long as we have an active or potential business relationship with you, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or financial account numbers through the Site's forms or by unencrypted email.

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA). These may include the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to request deletion or correction; to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent to submit a request for you. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to third-party websites, including listing platforms such as LoopNet, Crexi, and CoStar, mapping tools, and social media. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to read their policies.

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your inquiry. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us you do not want to be contacted.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the effective date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.

Confirm these assumptions match the Site:

• Forms collect name, email, phone, and a message, and feed your CRM
• The Site runs Google Analytics and Google Ads tags or pixels (edit Section 4 if you use others, such as Meta Pixel or a heat-mapping tool)
• You send email updates or newsletters (remove the marketing language in Sections 2 and 7 if not)
• You call or text inquirers (remove Section 10 if not)
• Nothing on the Site collects payments or sensitive IDs

To publish: create a Privacy Policy page on the GoDaddy site, paste in the text above the drafting notes, then link it from the footer and beside every form. If you use Google Ads remarketing, Google's policies also expect a visible link to the policy.

Suggested notice under the Contact form submit button:

If you text leads, consider adding an unchecked consent checkbox for text messages instead of relying on the notice alone; an attorney can advise on what your state and federal rules require.
